QATAR  INTERNATIONAL  CENTER  FOR  CONCILIATION  AND ARBITRATION(QICCA)  GIVES  ASSENT  ON  CONDUCTING ARBITRATION  PROCEEDINGS  ELECTRONICALLY

The Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA) has advised for conducting all of its activities electronically as per the instruction given by the Ministry of Public Health’s initiative as against the novel Corona virus disease (Covid-19). It is further stated that QICCA is using modern application to facilitate proceedings, and are being conducted through closed TV channel that ensure confidence, maintain trade secrets and allow for careful consideration among members before issuing the final Arbitral award.
