She can be seen in various roles such as an Advocate, Arbitrator, Mediator, Dispute Resolution Strategist, and as an ODR Expert. She is also the President of Tanzanian Institute of Arbitrators (TIArb), Chairperson of the Africa-Asia Mediation Association (AAMA), and Member (Tanzania) at the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
